• Please don’t use this site for anything unlawful, harmful or disruptive.

• We may refuse service or cancel an order if we believe these Terms have been breached.

Products and prices

• Everything is grown and supplied by Ravensfield Foliage & Flowers unless otherwise stated.

• We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, shapes and sizes may vary — that’s the nature of seasonal flowers and foliage.

• Prices may change without notice. We may withdraw products at any time.

Orders and payment

• Orders are accepted once payment has been received in full.

• We may limit or cancel orders (for example, if quantities are unusually large or stock is unavailable).

• Please provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order smoothly.

Delivery

• We offer local delivery, within 20 miles of our field post code EX5 4DA (details on the website).

• Delivery times are estimates. Seasonal conditions may sometimes affect availability and timing.

Returns and refunds

• You can return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund (minus postage & packaging).

• Return delivery is your responsibility, unless agreed otherwise. Please use a tracked and insured service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• If goods show signs of use, we may only be able to offer a partial refund.

• We can’t guarantee the website will always be error-free, up to date or uninterrupted.

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ravensfield Foliage & Flowers is not liable for losses, damages or claims arising from use of this site or from the products supplied.
