Returns policy

I hope you’ll be happy with your order.
If for any reason you’d like to return an item, you’re welcome to do so within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (minus postage & packaging).

Please return items in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them—unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Once the goods are back with me, I’ll issue your refund.

You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. I recommend using a tracked, insured service and packing carefully (with fresh packaging if needed) as I can’t be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.

If returned goods show any signs of use, even slight, I may only be able to offer a partial refund.
